Intruder theory vs. The Ramsey Family

I've been reading extensively on JonBenet for the majority of today, and have found an incredibly thorough analysis of the entire case and theories and whatnot on the "Tru TV" Crime Library website filed under "most famous notorious murders."
Two pieces of information stunned me to my very core:
1. JonBenet was told that she was going to get a "special visit from Santa", unbeknownst to Patsy.
AND
2. In 2002 the alleged "unknown male DNA" found in JonBenet's underwear could have been on the garment before she even owned the piece of clothing. See the thing is, investigators discovered unopened packages of the same exact underwear manufactured in the plant in Southeast Asia and proceeded to test them and found unknown human DNA even in the UNUSED panties!
It's obscenely disturbing.
Someone getting away with murder. It's absolutely unthinkable.
Yes, the Boulder police completely botched the case but not COMPLETELY. That's what I believe at least.
I mean you would think if it was an "intruder"/someone outside of the Ramseys/NOT an inside job, they would have caught the guy long ago!
This is one of the biggest enigmas this nation even encountered as far as I'm concerned.
From what I've gathered:
1. I DO NOT think it was an intruder by any means.
2. It HAD TO BE someone JonBenet knew. If not her parents, then someone they knew...OR...
Someone who knew them/JonBenet but they didn't know them.
A sick sexual sadist/pedophile who kept track of JonBenet's pageants and meticulously plotted this murder.
It didn't seem very planned out though.
And how did this person know exactly how much John Ramsey's yearly bonus was? $118,000. Perhaps a background check? Investigation?
I don't know.
The motives would be to sexually assault/rape JonBenet and get money because of how notoriously affluent the Ramseys were.

And another fact remains: the Ramseys certainly capitalized off of JonBenet's postmortem exploitation (and when she was alie as well) haven't they?
