If they didn't do it I have NOT A DOUBT IN MY MIND that they know for certain, indisputably who did do it.
The intruder theory is bullshit.
John and Patsy Ramsey degraded their daughter for sexualized child beauty pageants. Even if this murder never occurred, it is still outrageously disturbing in my mind how they reduced her to something of that sickeningly low caliber.
That poor child.
I blame the Boulder Police and the Ramseys, of course, for entirely botching the case.
It was tainted from the get-go from the very moment the imbecilic police permitted Ramsey friends and family to search the house, thus contaminating the scene of the crime and any potential evidence. If it was executed in a proper manner, then perhaps we would have found the murderer and thus, gotten justice for this precious little girl.
There are theories all over the spectrum ranging from "oh John and Patsy's handwriting bears NO resemblance to the ransom note!" to "there's a 98% chance it was Patsy wrote it."
Whether the Ramsey's physically killed poor JonBenet or not, the truth still stands as far as I'm concerned: they know something. Make that past tense for Patsy. Maybe we will never know.
And Burke knows things, that's for certain. He's keeping his lips sealed. I'll bet he was threatened. On a similar note, Patsy claimed that Burke was asleep when they found out JonBenet was "missing", but alas, he was wide awake. Especially during the 911 call when he was overheard.
What the fuck? Why would you lie about that? Unless, of course you're trying to hide something which I know that's what they were doing.
I honestly will always think it was an inside job.
Despite the botched evidence and scene of the crime, with new technology these days they could still catch the killer. Unless the killer has already passed. Or is not talking.
Coincidence? I think not!
Not to mention they completely capitalized off of JonBenet's murder. As if her parents weren't exploitive enough when she was alive!
This case sickens me so deeply. I wish there was some way I could help. Even in spite that it's been a 15 year-ish cold case. One of the most famous and most notorious cases ever in the U.S. I would say. Essentially due to the media frenzy. Which the Ramseys completely catalyzed.
